What makes them special?
South by South West is a small-batch artisan winemaker based in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia. Mijan and Livia craft wines of excellence and difference that combine respect for the land, with innovative viticultural practices, and both traditional and contemporary winemaking techniques. They want to excite and inspire people to enjoy and respect the terroir of the south west through contemporary interpretations that result in balanced, honest wines.
In addition to tending to their own organically farmed Wallcliffe vineyard they also purchase fruit from a loyal network of pioneering growers. It’s important to them that they can explain the origins of their wine and why they have created that style, the story behind each wine.
